Food items purchased via our website or call center and personalized items are not eligible for returns. If an item arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory, please call customer service at 888-856-5213. If your item is delivered to your address and comes back as undeliverable, you will still be charged for your items and you will need to provide a deliverable address.
1. Personalized and other customized items are nonrefundable.
2. The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the purchased item(s), less shipping. In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle. We reserve the right to offer refunds in the form of store credit.
3. Any refunds for damaged items that you received as a gift will be issued in the form of an online shopbiscoff.com eGift card in lieu of a refund.
4. Refunds will not be given for orders more than 30 days past the original purchase date.
5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products.
6. shopbiscoff.com is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.
