Lotus Biscoff Banana Milkshake

  • •1 small ripe banana, broken into chunks*
  • •1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • •1-1/2 cups low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • •1/4 cup 2% milk
  • •1/8 teaspoon cinnamon


Combine banana and Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter in blender container.
Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if needed.
Add yogurt, milk and cinnamon; blend until smooth. Makes 2 (3/4 cup) servings.

*For a thicker milkshake, cut the banana into thin slices and freeze until firm. When blending with Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter, scrape down sides of blender several times until banana and Cooke Butter are well blended and very thick. Increase milk to 1/2 cup. Makes 2 (1 cup) thick milkshakes.
