Lotus Biscoff Banana Milkshake
- •1 small ripe banana, broken into chunks*
- •1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
- •1-1/2 cups low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- •1/4 cup 2% milk
- •1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine banana and Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
in blender container.
Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if needed.
Add yogurt, milk and cinnamon; blend until smooth. Makes 2 (3/4 cup) servings.
*For a thicker milkshake, cut the banana into thin slices and freeze until firm. When blending with Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
, scrape down sides of blender several times until banana and Cooke Butter are well blended and very thick. Increase milk to 1/2 cup. Makes 2 (1 cup) thick milkshakes.
